Use our Simple Notebooks for note-taking, journaling, brainstorming, sketching, tracking, organizing, documenting … whatever you want! The 6” x 8” size is ideal and convenient, most pens slide right into the coil, and the paper quality is top-notch. Notebook contains 80 pages and features a white wire-o binding. Inside page paper weight is 60# opaque text. Cover is a heavyweight (250#) coated cover paper. Proudly produced in the USA.

STORY

Our family recently visited the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where I found myself captivated by the shells being washed up to the shore. I wasn’t really interested in the classic, “whole” shells … but rather all the ones that were unique colors, odd shapes, broken, and just so beautiful in their own ways. I started collecting them … then I saw, in my mind’s eye, the vision for this notebook cover. Then I started thinking about the message I wanted to share, which is about honoring VARIETY. I think diversity is one of the most beautiful things about life — diversity in people, in places, in experiences.

I brought all those shells home, played with them on our table, and created what you see here on the cover of this notebook. Ultimately, the message that kept coming to my heart was about CREATIVITY … and that’s why I chose to write out these words spoken by Dieter F. Uchtdorf — “The desire to create is one of the deepest yearnings of the human soul.” I believe we all have the innate desire to CREATE, and of course that is manifested in a billion different ways.
