STORY

I became acquainted with Holly Thompson through Instagram shortly after our family’s move to northern Utah after 20 years in the Arizona desert. As I was quickly falling head over heels for our new home region, I also found myself drawn to Holly’s style of art and immediately purchased a piece of her art for our home that represented our new area. She creates art of ski resorts + national parks + more.

Holly shares: “I have been painting all my life and always return to landscapes; they are so calming to paint! I stumbled upon the travel poster market unexpectedly a few years ago and have LOVED getting feedback about all the nostalgia and good feelings that seeing these posters bring people.

So many stories have been sent my way of big family moments that have happened on the slopes, and I love expanding into the national parks market. I know so many people grew up traveling to different national parks and I am so excited to remind people of their fond memories of past trips through my art. I definitely feel most fulfilled when I am consistently creating art. I know this was a divine talent given to me and I don’t feel good when I’m not using it!”
